My friend Meredith did me a huge favor and made a button for Dennis. She is also the one who learned of Dennis and shared his story with us. For this I will always be thankful to her.
As most of you know Dennis has many surgeries ahead of him. Not only has he started the grueling process of seeing many specialists but he will be sedated for his upcoming CatScan scheduled for September 8th. As his mom, this is very scary to me, but I know that Dennis is in God's hands.
I asked Meredith to make this button so that friends and family can have a picture reminder. Please feel free to add him to your blog so you can keep little Dennis in your prayers.
Just paste this code into your HTML code.
The code will produce this on your website:

I'm clueless. What is the button?
Tina, I figured that I should go back and explain it, so I did.
Thanks. I clicked on the button on the left side of your blog. Good idea you had. All of your readers will have him in their thoughts and prayers I am sure. The little guy has a lot ahead of him but you have sought out excellent medical professionals and in the end, it all will be worth it. Do you have a date yet for his first procedure beyond the cat scan in early Sept? You do such a great job of keeping us all informed. Thoughts are with you.
I added Dennis to my blog. His picture is under my prayer request list. We'll be praying for him throughout his journey. I know how scary it is to bring a little guy home and then have to hand him over to doctors and trust that they're going to take care of him.
PS. I removed my captcha just for you :)
interesting button. I hope the surgeries go well.
Christine, I can't see any buttons on your blog for any other kids. Should they be there or just Dennis'?
Oh, and in response to an earlier request, I had to enable the word verification on mine because I was getting spam. Since then I haven't had any problems. I'm hesitant to turn it off, but maybe I could try it. All of my comments are emailed to me so I could get in and delete a spam one pretty quickly--or I could just turn on comment moderation where I have to approve the comment before it gets posted.
Courtney, they are near the bottom on the left hand side.
I will definitely add Dennis's button to my blog. I have not gotten around to updating it since I have returned from the Philippines...but when I do...very soon...I will add the button. Hope you are all having a great week!

Hi, I added beautiful Dennis to my blog!
I have been following several of these blogs, Dennis' included, for a while. You begin to follow these families and feel the worth, joy, and sadly sometimes sadness that they are going through. Keep up the good work.
Olivia had a lot of testing done last year and she had to be put out for it. It was scary and made me cry to see her that way, but luckily the tests came out negative. Bring something like an ipod or a book to take your mind off it while you wait.
I know how you feel about your own child going through surgery. Good luck and Prayers and hugs.
I'm adding Dennis to my blog as well!! He's so handsome :)
YAY!!! I love buttons! Adding it to my blogroll page right now!
I've been wondering when he would start his surgeries. I'll be praying for him and you all and will add him to my blog.
Bye some means I have, this early morning in the UK, managed to drop into your blog page. I just wanted you to know I have added the button of Dennis to my blog page.
May God bless him and you all.
Love Granny(*!*)
Christine, what a sweet little boy. We will keep Dennis and your family in our prayers. I think it is amazing all that you do. I also like reading your blogs about your family.
