Dennis has been home close to three months now. He is catching up developmentally much quicker than we ever imagined. Just watch the video and see how much he is doing now..... talking, driving, climbing, sliding..... he wants to do it all!
What a cutie pie. I love his skinny little legs. I just want to kiss him. =) He's doing great. Good job mom. He'll be jumping hurdles before you know it. Yay Dennis. Go little man! Love your faces.
And you keep doubting wether you are a good mum or not? Just look at your kids (espiecally little Dennis) and how they are all doing and you will have your answer each and every time doubt sets in. Dennis is so cute, he gets down the stairs the same way our two yr old does.
He is doing so well! Such wonderful progress! and look at big brother Jonny helping his brother... too cute!
I found article on Korean adoptians and found it to be very inspiring so I thought I should share it with you. They're working on adoption reforms and the image of adoption. The article seemed very balanced about the pros and cons. I like that there is a national level interest in improving things.
Gracias por estar ahí,son un encanto tus niños,Dennis y Jonny los pequeños ,pero todos y cada uno de ellos tienen su encanto. felicidades por tu familia fantastica.
I think it is amazing at how our kids catch up and take off after they are in a loving home. What a little ham Dennis is! You are doing a GREAT job. ange
How I love watching Dennis grow, and explore his world! He has nothing but pure joy on his face!!! How wonderful to have a house full of jr. therapists to help Dennis learn all there is to learn in the world!
He is doing so amazingly well! He looks so much stronger and steady on his feet. I love his sense of independence, letting Jonny know he could do it himself!
The miracle of love and nuture right there in front of your eyes! Dennis is a delightful little guy and I too love those little legs of his! He is getting so strong and learning so fast! Way to go big brother Jonny, what a helper and teahcer! This is just so sweet Thanks for sharing Christine!
What a fun video! He looks like a typical 2 year old, very developmentally appropriate! Praise God for his growth, I know you and your family are thrilled!
I was watching this video in the morning and my boys (1.5 and 2.5) came running to see what it was and they wanted to watch over and over again. Even my husband came to see (I`ve been telling him about your family) and we went back and watched the other videos on your YouTube account, as well.
You have a lovely family and it`s just astounding to see how quickly Dennis has progressed. I noticed that he understands you, too, when you said "Down, Dennis," he sat! That`s so cool! It can`t be easy to transition to a new language all at once, but he looks so happy and healthy.
I agree with you, Christine. I would never have dreamed he would be catching up so quickly. It's like he is making new gains every day.
I have not been on the computer much lately, so I was catching up on your last few posts. I think you did the best thing for Jonny. I'm so glad to see how he is thriving this year. Not to mention the benefits to you and to Dennis.
This is so awesome! He's doing so great!! It's so fun to watch his progress! It's so funny too that as I watched the video clip, my 17 m.o. son is in my lap, and as you're saying 'good job!!' he's clapping his hands!! Peggy
He's doing so well. What a little sweetie. Annabeth just loves watching him on video. She asks every day to "see Baby Dennis". And she brags about how she saw him at MUGS.
